The Rewards Hub is a place where you can get rewards for doing things on Coins.ph! You can earn rewards for completing simple tasks like depositing money, trading crypto, verifying your account (KYC), and using other Coins.ph features. Your rewards can be bonus PHP or USDT, lower trading fees, early access to new features, or loyalty points you can exchange for vouchers from our partners.

All registered users can access the Rewards Hub. However, some tasks that offer bigger rewards or more points might require you to complete your Identity Verification (KYC) first.

PHP, USDT, and Points are automatically sent to you—no need to manually claim them! Rewards are usually credited the day after you complete the task, and we'll send you a Push notification when they arrive. For early access rewards, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice.

Yes, most tasks are only available for a limited time. Make sure to check how much time is left for each task so you don't miss out on the rewards!

Some tasks can be done over and over again (like weekly deposit or trading tasks), but others are only for a single completion. We'll make sure this is clearly stated in the task details.

Once finished, the task will move to the "Past" section. You'll get your reward (PHP, USDT, or Points) the next day, and we'll send you a Push notification when it's issued.

All PHP/USDT/USDC rewards have a mandatory 2% tax deduction. So, if a task offers a ₱100 reward, you will receive ₱98 in your Spot wallet.

You only earn points after you have completed the entire requirement of the task. Example: If a task requires you to "Convert ₱5,000," and you only convert ₱2,000, you won't get the points until you trade the remaining ₱3,000 within the mission period.

Once you have enough points, just go to the Points Store inside the Rewards Hub. You can look through the available treats (like Dunkin' Donuts or Jollibee meals) and click "Redeem." The points will be taken from your balance, and you'll instantly receive the voucher code.

Yes! As long as your points haven't expired, you can choose to use them right away for "Small" treats or save them up for "Large" or "Extra Large" vouchers.

Yes. To keep our rewards program fresh and exciting, points you earn in the Rewards Hub are valid for one full year (365 days) from the date they were credited to your account. This gives you plenty of time to redeem them for vouchers.

No. Once points expire, they are automatically removed from the system and cannot be brought back. We encourage you to check the Points Store often to make the best use of your earned points!

No. When you exchange points for a Share Treats voucher, that voucher gets its own expiration date, which is usually 60 days. You must check the "Valid until" date in the "Voucher Details" right after the exchange.
