Rewards Hub is a feature in Coins.ph where eligible users can complete tasks and earn rewards. Tasks may include actions such as depositing funds, trading crypto, completing Identity Verification (KYC), or using selected Coins.ph features.
Registered Coins.ph users can access Rewards Hub. Some tasks may have additional eligibility requirements, such as completing Identity Verification (KYC), meeting a minimum transaction amount, or completing the task within a specific period. Please check each task’s details before participating.
Open the task in Rewards Hub and follow the instructions shown on the task page. A task is completed only when all stated requirements are met before the deadline. For example, if a task requires you to trade ₱100 in BTC/PHP, the task will be completed after the required trading amount is reached within the task period.
Your progress is tracked automatically based on the rules of each task. Progress may not update instantly, so please allow some time for the system to refresh. If your progress still does not update after a reasonable period, contact Coins.ph Support for assistance.

Tap your PHP, USDT, or USDC bonus balance to open the task history page, where you can view completed tasks and the reward details issued for each task.
Tap your Loyalty Points balance to open the points history page, where you can view records of points you have earned and points you have used to redeem items.
You can also open the “My Rewards” page from the top-right corner of Rewards Hub to view vouchers redeemed with points, including their voucher codes and validity periods.
Yes. After you complete a task, you need to go to the Rewards Hub page and click “Claim All” to claim your available rewards manually. Rewards are not credited automatically until you claim them.
Once a task is completed, the reward will become available to claim in Rewards Hub. You must claim it within five days after the task is completed. If the reward is not claimed within five days, it will automatically expire and can no longer be claimed.
Yes. Most tasks are available for a limited time. You must complete all requirements before the task deadline to qualify for the reward.
It depends on the task. Some tasks can be completed repeatedly, such as weekly deposit or trading tasks. Other tasks can only be completed once. The task details will state whether repeat completions are allowed.
After a task is completed, it will move to the “Past” section. If you meet all requirements, the reward will be processed according to the task rules.
PHP, USDT, and USDC rewards are subject to a mandatory 2% tax deduction. For example, if a task offers a ₱100 reward, ₱98 will be credited to your Spot Wallet after tax.
Go to the Points Store inside Rewards Hub. When you have enough points, choose your interested voucher and click on the Redeem button. The points will be deducted from your balance, and the voucher code will be issued after redemption.
Yes. You can use your points immediately or save them for larger rewards, as long as the points have not expired.
Yes. Loyalty Points earned in Rewards Hub are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited to your account. Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be restored.
No. Once you redeem points for a voucher, the voucher will have its own expiration date. Please check the “Valid until” date in the voucher details after redemption.
