- This Promotion is open to Coins.ph users based in the Philippines, aged 18 years or older, with an Identity Verified account (KYC Level 2 or higher). Corporate, institutional, and KYB accounts are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
- The promotion shall run from April 9, 2026 to May 4, 2026 (the “Promo Period”). Baseline activity shall be determined based on user activity recorded from March 25, 2026 to April 8, 2026 (the “Baseline Period”). To be eligible for participation in the promotion, users must have completed at least one (1) USDT-TRX deposit and corresponding conversion transaction during the Baseline Period.
- To qualify, users must complete a minimum net deposit of 300 USDT via TRX (TRON Network) and at least one USDT to PHP transaction of 300 USDT equivalent during the promo period, using either Convert or Spot. The converted amount must come directly from the USDT deposited via TRX (TRON Network).
- Qualified users can earn conversion cashback equivalent to up to 65% of USDT to PHP conversion costs, applied to their first ₱100,000 in conversions.
- The Top Depositor Bonus will award guaranteed prizes to the three users with the highest USDT deposits during the promo period: ₱15,000 for 1st place, ₱10,000 for 2nd place, and ₱5,000 for 3rd place.
- Rebates are calculated based on eligible trading fees from Convert and Spot transactions, applied according to the user’s qualified tier. Rebates are credited on a first come, first serve basis until the allocated rebate pool is fully distributed. Only executed Spot maker and taker orders are eligible; partially filled orders count only for the executed portion during the promo period. Cancelled, unfilled, or pending portions are excluded.
- The total rewards pool is ₱250,000, distributed to qualified users only. Rewards are credited in USDT or PHP (depending on reward type) within 15 business days after the promo ends. Rewards are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
- Wash trading, self-trading, or any form of market manipulation is strictly prohibited. Coins.ph reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in abusive or fraudulent activity, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the promo at its sole discretion.
