How to Make Payments Using QRPh on Coins.ph
Ready to try it out? Making a payment using QRPh is a breeze. Follow these simple steps:
STEP 1: Open your Coins.ph App. Ensure you have enough balance in your PHP wallet and that your account is at least Level 2 (ID and Selfie) verified.
STEP 2: On the Home tab, look for the Scan QR icon located just below your total balance.
STEP 3: Point your camera at the merchant’s QRPh standee. If you have a saved screenshot of a QR code, you can tap the Photo icon in the scanner to upload it directly from your gallery.
STEP 4: Input the total for your purchase. Note that some "Dynamic" QR codes will have the amount pre-filled for you.
STEP 5: Review the merchant's name and the amount. Complete any security checks like your PIN or biometrics, and you’re done!
You and the merchant will receive a confirmation message immediately.
