How to Join

For the Sender

1. Register and complete the required verification on Taptap Send during the Promo Period.
2. Send at least ₱5,000 to a Coins.ph wallet.
3. Enter promo code COINSPH before completing the first transfer.
4. Successfully complete the transfer during the Promo Period.

Eligible new Taptap Send users will have a US$10 equivalent bonus added to the amount received by the Coins.ph recipient.

For the Recipient

1. Register for Coins.ph during the Promo Period.
2. Complete Identity Verification, or KYC Level 2, within the Promo Period.
3. Receive a qualifying remittance through Taptap Send directly in the registered Coins.ph wallet.

Eligible new Coins.ph users will receive an additional ₱250 in their Coins wallet after their eligibility has been validated.

The recipient can receive up to approximately ₱850 extra when both the sender and recipient qualify as new users.

The actual peso value of the US$10 equivalent bonus may vary depending on the applicable exchange rate at the time the transfer is processed.

Reward Crediting

Taptap Send Bonus

The US$10 equivalent bonus will be added to the qualifying transfer amount and received by the Coins.ph recipient together with the remittance, subject to successful processing and validation by Taptap Send.

Coins.ph Reward

The ₱250 reward will be credited to the eligible recipient’s Coins.ph wallet within 10 business days after Coins.ph completes its eligibility validation.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Participants must be at least 18 years old and satisfy the applicable registration and verification requirements of Coins.ph and Taptap Send. A new Taptap Send user must register, complete the required verification, and make their first successful transfer during the Promo Period. A new Coins.ph user must register and complete Identity Verification, or KYC Level 2, during the Promo Period. Accounts created before the Promo Period will not qualify as new Coins.ph users.
2. Qualifying Transfer
   The transfer must:
   • be at least PHP5,000, excluding any promotional bonus;
   • be sent through Taptap Send directly to a Coins.ph wallet;
   • be completed within the Promo Period; and
   • not be canceled, rejected, reversed, refunded, or charged back.
3. Taptap Send Bonus
   An eligible new Taptap Send user must enter promo code COINSPH before completing their first successful transfer.The US$10 equivalent bonus will be added to the amount delivered to the recipient. It will not be separately credited to the sender. Promo code COINSPH is limited to one use per eligible account, cannot be applied retroactively, and cannot be combined with another promo code or offer.
4. Coins.ph Reward
   An eligible new Coins.ph recipient who receives a qualifying transfer may PHP250 reward. The recipient’s account must remain active, Identity Verified, and in good standing until the reward has been credited.
5. Combined Reward
   The recipient will receive both the US$10 equivalent bonus and the PHP250 Coins.ph reward only when the sender qualifies as a new Taptap Send user and the recipient qualifies as a new Coins.ph user.
6. Country and Currency Availability
   The Promotion is available only for countries and currencies supported by Taptap Send for transfers to Coins.ph during the Promo Period. Transfers originating from the UAE are not eligible.
7. Validation
   Coins.ph and Taptap Send may verify account registration dates, identity verification records, promo code usage, transfer amounts, transaction status, and other relevant information before issuing rewards. Reward processing may be delayed if additional verification or investigation is required.
8. Disqualification
   Duplicate or fictitious accounts, identity misuse, promo code abuse, fraudulent or coordinated transfers, incorrect account information, or any attempt to manipulate the Promotion may result in disqualification. Rewards may be withheld, canceled, reversed, or recovered if a participant or transaction is later found to be ineligible.
9. Account and Transaction Details
   Participants are responsible for providing accurate sender, recipient, mobile number, and account information. Coins.ph and Taptap Send will not be responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected transfers caused by incorrect information, technical interruptions, third-party systems, or events outside their reasonable control.
10. General Conditions
    Rewards and promotional eligibility are non-transferable.Coins.ph and Taptap Send reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. By participating, users agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Coins.ph and Taptap Send user agreements, privacy policies, and platform terms.
